How long does the treatment typically take?

The time of the treatment will vary based on the size and scope. Typical home treatments can be completed in 4-6 hours.

How much does the treatment cost?

Costs of the treatment will vary based on the requirements of your mold issue. Pure Maintenance is often extremely competitive when compared with traditional remediation methods due to our patented VaPURE's non-invasive methodology.

Do I have to remove furniture or electronics?

You'll want to leave as many personal belongings in the building as possible. Please inform your technician of any brass materials inside the home so they can apply the treatment accordingly.

Does it leave a residue?

You should not see any visible residue by the time the treatment is complete.

Can pets remain in the building during treatment?

Pets and people need to be out of the building during the treatment.

How long does the treatment last?

The treatment is typically a permanent solution for any elevated mold levels that are caused by previously repaired water intrusion issues. Water issues must be solved for the treatment to be effective long term.
